Once your home inspection is confirmed I will work with you to schedule your home inspection
By confirming the appointment with you, your realtor and or the seller’s agent. The typical home inspection last about 3-4 hours and I encouraged you attend the inspection. After the inspection is complete a digital home inspection report will be emailed to you. Once you receive the inspection report. I will review each section of the report with you so you understand the findings.

How are systems reported?
Your Home inspection report will be provided in digital PDF form and include an easy to follow checklist format. Photos of significant items will be presented along with annotations and diagrams that will help to convey material defects and other findings. As you read through the reported systems, conditions will be evaluated as Satisfactory, Marginal, Poor, or having a safety defect. A Report Summary will be included at the beginning of the report which easily conveys all Major Concerns, Potential Safety Hazards, Deferred Cost Items, and Recommend Maintenance.
